Miss Ravneet Sirha is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Royal Berkshire Hospital, where she leads the Early Pregnancy Loss Support Clinic and Gynaecological Ultrasound services. She specialises in the assessment and management of early pregnancy complications and provides expert ultrasound diagnostics for women seeking reassurance, diagnosis and personalised care.

Graduating from Imperial College, Miss Sirha rotated through London’s busiest teaching hospitals.  She then pursued a Clinical Fellowship in Gynaecological and Early Pregnancy Ultrasound working alongside Professor Jurkovic at University College London Hospital.

Miss Sirha is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care centred around each woman's individual needs and priorities. She runs many of her clinics as a one-stop service, using advanced diagnostics such as ultrasound and hysteroscopy to provide a prompt diagnosis and tailored management plan, often within a single appointment.

She cares for women at all stages of life, from menstrual health to pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause. Her approach is collaborative and personalised, recognising that every woman's experience and healthcare goals are unique.

Alongside her clinical work, Miss Sirha is a keen educator with a longstanding commitment to advancing women's healthcare. She serves as Specialty Lead for Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Brunel Medical School, has developed e-learning modules and is a Basic Practical Skills Facilitator for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.  She works collaboratively with healthcare professionals across the region to improve education, service development and access to high-quality care closer to home. She is passionate about supporting women through every stage of their health journey.
