Background

Professor Little is a consultant diagnostic and interventional radiologist and researcher at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. He holds a distinguished academic and clinical background, including a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Academic Clinical Fellowship at Oxford and specialised fellowship training in interventional radiology.  

Professor Little is a global expert in prostate artery embolisation (PAE) and leads pioneering research in interventional radiology techniques such as genicular artery embolisation (GAE) for knee osteoarthritis and uterine artery embolisation (UAE) for fibroids. He is also professor of radiology at the University of Reading and an active educator and researcher with numerous awards and publications.
