Paying for your treatment
1. Private Health Insurance
- We work with all major insurers.
- Once authorised, we bill your insurer directly.
- Cover levels vary, so please confirm with your provider that your treatment is included.
2. Self-Pay
- Pay directly for your treatment without ongoing insurance costs.
- Invoices are provided in advance of treatment.
- You only pay when you need care.
Pricing
Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, so costs will vary. Factors such as consultant fees, specialist equipment, and implants can affect the total.
It’s important to note that you may receive more than one bill as:
- consultant fees are charged separately from hospital fees.
- consultants charge for their expertise and interventions (for example: surgery, anaesthetics).
- the hospital fees cover the facilities, equipment used, and non-Consultant staff.
This is because for the delivery of private care, Consultants act as self-employed independent practitioners, with responsibility for delivering care.

As a large Trust, we are able to:
- offer complex specialist procedures not available elsewhere.
- deliver certain procedures more efficiently and pass cost savings on to patients.
